These healthy habits will help you become A LOT more healthy if you implement them in your daily life. By applying these to your life, you’re making a significant investment in yourself that will pay off in the long run.

In this short post, I’ll be providing you with four simple, healthy habits to become healthier instantly. When I implemented these four healthy habits into my daily life, I instantly felt good about myself and more refreshed. By applying these healthy habits to your life, you will also feel the difference immediately. Before I share these healthy habits, please commit to taking action on them!
Let’s get started!
Healthy Habit 1: Drink WATER
This is such a simple, healthy habit, and it works!
The first thing you should do when you wake up, drink lots of water. You should do this because while you’re asleep, you are not drinking so your body is dehydrated when you wake up.
I recommend you drink 16 ounces of cold filtered water with a bit of lemon in it, right when you wake up. You could squeeze some juice out of the lemon, cut a piece of the lemon or a bit of lemon juice. The lemon juice will help you get your vitamin C in and boost your energy and mood!
This will help you with:
– Waking up faster
– Digestive system
– Weight loss
– Bad breath smell
– AND get lots of vitamins in!
This will cost you only 2 minutes in the morning, so just do it! You could also try it out now to see how good it feels. =)
Healthy Habit 2: Breathe
You’re already doing this, just change one thing!
As you may already know, you’ve got to breathe to stay alive. But did you also know that you can change the way you feel instantly by just breathing? Okay, let me explain.
When you feel overwhelmed with all the tasks you have to complete you’re probably hurrying and stressing out about everything. Now, if you just stop for a minute and focus on your breathing, you could feel a lot better. Afterward, there’s plenty of time to get things done plus you’ll feel better!
So while you’re reading this you should go through this following simple exercise, make sure you’re NOT doing anything else.
Take a deep breath into your nose, make sure to fill your lungs with as much air as you can.
Hold your breath for a second.
Now breathe out fully out of your mouth.
Now we’re going to do some more. Breathe in to the count of 4, hold your breath for 1 second and breathe out in 2 seconds.
Close your eyes now and repeat this process a couple times more.
Feels good right? Implement this a couple times a day, and you’ll feel better right away. I couldn’t have made it more simple for you!
Healthy Habit 3: Move!
As everyone knows, moving your body is essential to a healthy life! But some come up with excuses why they can’t do it. So I’m here to make it as easy as possible because moving doesn’t mean you have to work out every day or walk a freaking marathon every day.
So what should you be doing?
I want you to make it a fun activity so that you’re more likely to do it.
If you have the motivation to go to the gym or really want to do it, okay, it’s really going to help every other area of your life as well. If you’re walking 8 miles a day, okay, it’s going to help you. If you’re not already doing this, listen to me.
I want you to move for at least 10 minutes, 20 minutes if you can. Now, how are we going to do this?
If you live nearby a beautiful piece of nature, please go for a walk and breathe in that beautiful air. You don’t like to walk? Run! If you don’t want to run, dance. Do whatever the hell you like but get moving!
It’s not as hard as you think, you could also jump on a rebounder and act like a kid again. Or walk the stairs up and down if you don’t want to be seen outside.
Or get up out of your chair and sit down again. Now, get up again and sit down again. Repeat this process, and you’re also moving.
See? It isn’t as hard as you think, just make sure you move every day!
Healthy Habit 4: Get A Multi-Vitamin
This only needs a straightforward action: buy a multi-vitamin!
You could go to a particular vitamin shop or search online for a multi-vitamin. Just make sure that it has all the vitamins and minerals in it you need. You could take a test online, if you search ‘what vitamins do I need?‘ on Google you’ll find enough tests.
Just make sure you don’t take multi-vitamins with 12.000% of the daily recommended dose of vitamin B6 because it will kill your kidneys. And yes those exist!
Then the only thing you have to do is to take the recommended dose every day. This way you’ll have a base of vitamins you get in every day.
Implement at least 1 of these healthy habits into your life immediately. Do a 7-day or 30- day challenge with it and keep doing it if it feels right. Then slowly progress to the other healthy habits until you tried every one of them and maybe implemented all of them.
I include all these healthy habits in my daily routine because I just love it. It helped me to feel more refreshed every day and improve my health.
